We can look after your property during your absence or so that you can enjoy your stay without sacrificing your own personal time with maintenance and management.

Why not start your holiday by arriving to find your home clean, aired, beds made, fridge/freezer ready for use etc. If you are going to arrive after the shops have closed we can purchase the essentials of bread, milk, butter, eggs, orange juice, wine etc.

Changeover Service
First impressions really do count. Meeting and greeting your guests and being on-hand to answer any questions they may have is all part of the service. We will be responsible for cleaning your holiday home and ensuring everything is perfect for your guests.

Key Holding - Should you need to leave your property unattended for any length of time, short or long term, summer or winter, we can hold your key and carry out one-off or regular checks on your property.

Winter Care -Why worry about your property during the winter months? We can hold your key and keep an eye on your property, both inside and out. We can check for any problems that have, or are likely to occur during your absence.

Exterior Checks:
Checking doors, windows and shutters.
Making sure outbuildings, barns etc. are secure.
Emptying mailboxes and forwarding on any post (if required).

Interior Checks:
Checking for leaks, or anything untoward.
